We currently deliver to:

• Belgium
• Luxembourg
• Countries of the European Union

Processing & Shipping Times

Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been shipped, delivery is guaranteed within an average time of:

48 to 72 hours for France (via Colissimo, Mondial Relay, La Poste, etc.)

3 to 7 working days for the European Union

Delivery costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and vary depending on the destination and total weight of the order.

Express delivery options may be offered at the checkout stage.

Order tracking

A tracking link will be emailed to you as soon as your order is shipped. You will be able to track its progress in real time.

Delay or loss of package

In case of abnormal delay or loss of the package, please contact pressellebeauty@gmail.com

We will open an investigation with the carrier and keep you informed.

Incorrect or incomplete address.

Make sure you provide a complete and correct address. If the package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
