1. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay penalties.
2. Return conditions
For your return to be accepted, items must:
. Be unused, unworn and in their original packaging.
. Be returned in a condition allowing their sale
. Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.)
Non-returnable products
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned:
Wigs worn, tried on or with laces cut
. Press-on nails that have been used, glued, opened
3. Return procedure
Send a request to: pressellebeauty@gmail.com, specifying your order number.
Once your return is accepted, we will send you the return address.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer (except in the event of an error on our part, such as an order error)
4. Reimbursement
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the refund via the original payment method, within 7 to 10 working days .
You will be notified by email once the return has been processed.
5. Defective item or order error
If you have received a defective item or an order error, please contact us immediately at pressellebeauty@gmail.com, with supporting proof (photo), We will find a quick solution (replacement, refund etc...)
